Delivery

Parcels:
We only send our goods with our contract partner DHL. The delivery generally takes 1 - 3 working days. However, we would like to point out that our contract partner can need more time, especially between public holidays. As soon as your order has been packed in the warehouse, you receive a tracking number automatically so that you can track your delivery.

Freight forwarding:
Deliveries by forwarding company are sent with our logistics partners. They then advise you of the delivery date by phone. Your phone number is imperative for freight forwarding, please always provide it with the order. This is the only way to ensure delivery within the stated timeframe.
