A+R Rescue Fence (Amphibian and Reptile Rescue Fence) made of smooth windproof sheeting
Every year countless numbers of Frogs, Toads, Newts and Salamanders are killed on the roads on their way to their spawning grounds.
The A+R Rescue Fence is designed as a mobile guide for Amphibians and Reptiles. They are guided along the fence erected alongside traffic routes and are collected in buried pitfall buckets.
The windproof woven sheeting is more susceptible to squalls and slipstream caused by passing vehicles than models with knitted netting, as used for the SCHWEGLER Amphibian Rescue Fence.
