In areas where cats and other predators can be a danger to nesting birds, the 1B / 2M / 2F. Nest boxes can be equipped with this protective grill. It can also be ordered for nest boxes already in use (the whole front panel is replaced). The special shape and mesh-style design allows light to still enter the box.
   

For technical reasons the grill can only be supplied together with the wood-concrete front panel.
